B.E.S.T. WORKS
The Water Filter
with a Silver Lining
There
are two Silver Systems to choose from:
There are two types of
sterilisation medium available for use in RV's, Household, Etc.
These are the 'B.E.S.T. Alternative' and the 'B.E.S.T. Electronic'.
Both ranges utilise silver to destroy bacteria.

The
'B.E.S.T. Alternative' (Original SilverSafe®)
This system
utilises a bed of crystals coated with a sanitising solution of silver before
and after the filtration process. Here you are assured no bacteria will breed
within your water filter. The level of silver released is very low, hence it is
not as effective to prevent bacteria in any stored water. These units are more
compact and less expensive.
The
'B.E.S.T. Electronic' (Electronically Released)
The silver
is electronically released when you turn on a tap. A controlled, trace amount of
high quality silver is released into your water. This process will ensure your
water filter and all stored water (after the filter system) are free from
bacteria for an extended period of time.
The
B.E.S.T. Alternative System
(Original
SilverSafe®)
The
Alternative range of filtration units incorporates the use of quartz crystals
being coated with silver. The water passes through a crystal bed and any
bacteria that are present is attracted to the silver and destroyed.
The
water then passes through high quality carbon, which removes chemicals and
herbicides and pesticides. Following the carbon, the water passes through
another bed of silver crystals to ensure any bacteria that was released from the
carbon is destroyed.
Since
the water filtration industry began, the problem of bacteria breeding in the
filter medium once the chemicals were removed was then solved because of the
birth of the 'Original SilverSafe®' process. The amount of silver
released from these units is very low and not detectable in a standard
laboratory.
Today
this process is known as the 'B.E.S.T. ALTERNATIVE'. [B.E.S.T. stands for Bacteria
Eliminating Silver Treatment].
